This whiskey is also special because of the high grain mash bill. It is not a cheap mash to make. We have all malted grains of Bloody Butcher Red Corn, Barley, Oates, Rye and Wheat in this whiskey and then barrel age. The whiskey comes off as a smooth yet sweeter tasting whiskey with smoked oak and spice and a vanilla buttery flavor, finishing with a little black pepper.
